Phil joined Horizon Energy Infrastructure in 2021 in the role of Chief Operating Officer.
His experience, gained over a period of 20 years in energy retail, consists of leading large teams in all aspects of service delivery to both domestic and business customers. Phil has extensive experience in leading contact centres, back-office operations, sales and debt collection activities and been responsible for customer engagement around the roll out of smart metres.
Phil’s career includes executive roles at British Gas, Ovo Energy and most recently E.ON where he was Operations Director for the UK residential business and led the setup of operations for E.ON Next, enabling large scale customer migration and transforming the customer experience.
Outside of work Phil can be found walking his dog, cycling, or running Dad’s taxi service.
